Not fully clear how the piece is explaining why the research is new. Isn’t this just a different version of the existing quantum mechanic of multiple 1/2 spin potentials, only some are chosen and some aren’t, some are held and some just turn into heat? You can’t create paradox because the 1/2 spins that become heat move and transfer because of entropy and are no longer potentials…
